     Capsule once again had a showcase at this years Sonar Festival
     in Barcelona, this time in collaboration with Newcastle based
     NOFI and featured BLACK GALAXY, BURNING STAR CORE  and
     JAZZFINGER. As well as co-ordinating a group of West Midlands
     based creatives to sell their wares at the record and media
     Fair.

     This compilation contains music from the following British
     labels: Accidental Records, Lo Recordings, Modern Love, Monium
     and No Fi

It's that time, once again, for a splendid release in
Cactus Island's full length CD series.

Having released an absolute belter on the 3" series
at the tail-end of 2006, Yvat now turns his hand to a
themed, marvellously crunchy and engaging full album
of Electronica bliss.

Crispy programming that certainly gives a nod to the
sounds of Autechre yet keeps it sounding like his own,
combined with lush scapes of sound - from blissful and
melodic to more challenging and clicky - make for a
thoroughly marvellous piece of work. Fans of the label
are going to lap this up and I'd suggest that people with
even an iota of love for the more abstract end of electronic
music will find that this more than tickles their fancy.
